Our best experience for a thorough eye exam
My wife is a retired dermatologist and I a retired plastic surgeon. We both went today for our second yearly eye exam and we were again both impressed by the latest technology available at the office. You can see everything through a huge screen, making it easy to understand what is happening. This is the absolute latest technology and Dr. Pritchett is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He made us feel like we were the most important individuals to him. He took a long time to explain in details everything and answered all my questions quickly and clearly. If you are looking for a thorough eye exam with the latest technology and a professional, knowledgeable doctor, who is gentle and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is also professional, polite, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can assure you that you will love Dr. Pritchett, the staff, and the immaculate office.

Beyond my expectations
I had not been to an eye care clinic in over a decade. I was expecting a dingy office space with old carpet and dirty and dated equipment. Johns Creek Eyecare felt clean, maintained, modern, and fresh. Although I’ve only had one experience at this clinic so far, first impressions are important and Johns Creek Eyecare made a great, lasting impression.

I really enjoyed my visit. Dr. Dotson was thorough and pleasant. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The office was clean and thoughtfully decorated with comfortable, modern furniture. I had virtually no wait time at all which was amazing. Their frames and lenses are pricey, but they have a large, beautiful selection of quality designer frames. I certainly intend to return!

So glad I found Johns Creek Eyecare. I feel that I received a really good exam by Dr. Dotson and her staff. The front desk employees are great, very professional, and very polite. It was a very good experience getting new lenses and picking new frames. Not only would I recommend them because of these experiences but also because they do not use the David Insurance’s own lab. They use a better lab to make lenses.

Great frame selection, very professional eyecare
